All the functions of our electronic safes, with additional options for custom management of your security, attendance and maintenance needs. Especially designed for the most demanding hotels that are seeking convenience and flexibility in their electronic management systems.

Included among its multiple functions is the audit function of openings and closings. The safe's memory records the date, time and type of operation that is performed on the safe, including opening by means of the hotel's master code and by means of the emergency key. In the event of theft or any manipulation of the safe, the hotel can print out the last 150 openings and 150 closings (including those made using the master code of the hotel or using the emergency mechanical key).

The latest openings and closings are read by connecting the safe through a USB cable to a laptop computer on which the Gesthotel software installed. Optionally, the data can be printed directly by a printer.

All models of our Executive line allow emergency opening by electronic command.

CODE AND AUDIT FUNCTION

functions:

• Changing the number of digits of the guest's code.
• Closing the safe using key "C" (the safe is factory-programmed so that the guest has to enter his code in order to close the safe).
• Programming an activation code that allows the safe to be rented. If this function is activated, the hotel provides the guest with a 3-digit code, without which the safe will not work.
• Delayed opening of 1 to 9 minutes for the emergency code in order to guarantee guest privacy.
